# Dose
- adult
- 5 bags of apherisis cryoprecipitate or 10 bags of whole blood cryoprecipitate

- will increase fibrinogen by 0.5-1 g/L

- 1 aphresis bag/10kg body weight
- 2 whole blood aphresis units/10kg body weight

- thaw prior to admin ; takes 30-60 min
