If the vomiting is intermittent spilling and projectile and they are making weight, it isn’t pyloric stenosis; likely just reflux, and can use thickened formula eg AR. > If dehydrated, hungry, failure to thrive, then get ultrasound to look for pyloric stenosis - formula fed - non-bilious [[Vomiting]] after feeds from 2-6 weeks of age, progressively more frequent - failure to thrive - hypochloraemia, [[hypokalemia]], [[Blood gas#Metabolic alkalosis]] — this is a LATE FINDING
